Join us to hear inspiring stories rooted in science, Indigenous and local wisdom that reveal how nature regenerates when cared for with intention.

Become a storyteller
Do you carry a story of hope rooted in the land, the sea, or the spaces in between? Request to be part of the story circle! Or share with a friend who'd be a great fit.
At Sea:Grass Sessions, we invite local voices to share 15-minute stories of re-wilding — personal, powerful moments that reveal how nature regenerates when met with care. These stories nourish our collective imagination and ground us in the beauty and resilience of San Diego's living ecosystems.
We welcome naturalists, Earth scientists, and guardians of place — such as marine biologists or fungi ecologists, regenerative ranchers or heritage seed savers, kelp forest divers or reef revivers, urban beekeepers or food sovereignty speakers, Indigenous wisdom keepers or forest school teachers.
Whether your work restores watersheds or wildflowers, soil or soul — if you've witnessed nature's ability to heal and thrive, we'd be honored to hear your story.

Land Acknowledgment
At Sea:Grass, we respectfully acknowledge that the Kumeyaay Nation are the original inhabitants of the unceded land now known as San Diego. We deeply respect their knowledge and stewardship of these spaces. As we nurture community and nature restoration, we commit to uplifting Indigenous voices and prioritizing collaborations with Indigenous creators. If you are part of or support Indigenous-led initiatives, we warmly invite your ideas and connection.
